Films made for clients are shown with their consent, as references. The names and brands mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Privacy
Data collected
The contact form collects the information you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, preferred date and message.
Use
This data is used only to answer your request and, where appropriate, to prepare a quote. It is never sold, transferred or used for marketing without your consent.
Recipient and transfer
Your message is sent by email to Fabrice Lau Production, its only recipient. It goes through the hosting provider’s server (o2switch, France) and is received in a Gmail (Google) mailbox.
Retention period
Messages are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless a business relationship follows (accounting documents are then kept for the legally required periods).
Abuse protection
To limit spam, the sender’s IP address is stored in a hashed, non-reversible form for no more than one hour.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to fabrice.ltl@gmail.com. If you disagree with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
